Immortal MC aims to ensure your data is processed stored appropriately under GDPR law. Within this privacy notice the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the unincorporated association of Immortal MC and its respective Staff Team.

Who we are

Immortal MC is a Minecraft Server with an associated website, and Discord, Matrix, and Stoat servers. The Data Controller is Lia Howie who can be contacted via the details provided in this policy.

When you apply to become a whitelisted member of our server, and if you become one, or staff action is taken against your account, we collect personal data (also known as personal information), this is information about an individual from which that person can be identified.

• For administrative and moderation purposes
• For internal record keeping and statistical analysis
• Where it is required or authorised by law

We will store your personal data for the duration where you continue to access our services as a whitelisted member and up to a year after. In some cases, we may only store information for the periods needed for the purposes for which the information was collected for which it is to be further processed. Sometimes we will keep personal data for longer if we are required to by law. Otherwise, it is deleted.

Any changes will be immediately posted on the website, and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the privacy policy on your first use of our services following the alterations.
